Site-specific artist Raylene Gorum’s sunrise to sunset color background will be painted in the tunnel and then the imagined handprints from the artist’s stencils will be added. The result will be a long ribbon of bright colors from one end of the tunnel to the other. Symbolically, our children are waving at everyone who passes through!
